Tower Residences

Tower Residences was the fourth Royal Prime residence to appear in Covilhã in september 2023, and this time we decided to strive for a diference and invest in a different concept: Concentrating student lefe in a single space and creating common spaces that encourage academic spirit, inclusion and life balance to provide a complete and peacefull university experience.

The building has 267 studios with kitchen and private bathroom, wich allow students to be independent and learn for th future. 

It has services such as gym, outdoor pool, outdoor lounge, jacuzzi, library, cinema room, outdoor and indoor bar, grocery store, social room, event room, laundry, cleaning of common areas, 24-hour reception and WiFi. Friendships and family you can create in this social environment.

The residence houses several students from different centers, namely Health Sciences  Universitie, Arts and Letters, Social and Human Sciences and Engineering, due to the easy accessibility of transport network
