Reservations

1. Who are the Royal Prime Residences for?

We give preference to higher education students. However, teachers and young workers are also allowed to stay in our studios.

2. How long are the contracts?

Contracts have a minimum duration of 6 months. Reservations for periods other than those mentioned, contact us via email geral@royalprime.pt

3. Whats included in the lease?

The room is equipped and furnished to make you feel at home. The final cost of accommodation includes electricity, water, WiFi internet access, as well as cleaning of common areas of the residence. You will also have access to all services, facilities and amenities available in your residence.

4. Can I choose my room?

We guarantee that the room allocated will be in the category chosen by you and will not present any relevant variations compared to what was agreed and presented at the time of the visit.

5. How can I book a room?

At the moment, the quickest way to do a reservation is by contacting our residence managers directly. You can see their contact details on the contact page on our website.

6. How long does the reservation last?

The room reservation remains active for a period of 15 (fifteen) days.

1. Is there a booking fee? What is the value?

Room reservations are subject to payment of a reservation fee, the value of which corresponds to a monthly fee.

2. How long does the reservation last?

The room reservation remains active for a period of 15 (fifteen) days.

3. Is the reservation fee refundable in case of cancellation?

The reservation fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation. If the resident signs an accommodation contract, the value will be deducted from the amount of the deposit to be provided under the aforementioned contract.

4. What payment methods are accepted?

Payments can be made using the following methods: bank transfer or Multibanco Reference (only available for Portuguese banks). You can find payment details on the invoice available in your reserved area or sent to your email.

5. Until what day can I make the payment?

Payment must be made by the 8th of each month. To pay the rent, you can log in to the reserved area of ??our website, or confirm in your email, and access the invoice issued with the payment details.

1. What are the common areas?

The available common areas differ between residences. As a rule, you will have areas such as a living room and kitchen in all residences. Additionally, you may also have available areas such as laundry, swimming pool, gym, bar, lounge, library, cinema, jacuzzi, and grocery store area.

2. What is the Smoking Policy?

Smoking is not permitted in our residences

3. Can I bring guests?

Guests are permitted with prior authorization from the person responsible for the residence.

4. Are pets allowed in the residence?

Pets are not allowed in our residences.

5. Is there a curfew?

No, our residents have no time restrictions on access to their residence.
