See videoTower Residences was the fourth Royal Prime residence to appear in Covilhã, opened in September 2023. This time, we decided to focus on an innovative concept: concentrating student life in a single space and creating common areas that encourage academic spirit, inclusion and life balance, providing a complete and peaceful university experience.
The building has 267 studios, all with a kitchen and private bathroom, offering students autonomy and ideal conditions for their development and learning.
